The Manipulation of Black People

Black Puppet

After so many centuries of manipulation black people find it natural to have their strings pulled by white America. Only in the United States can a white man employ the public radio air waves to insult black people and black people respond by turning on themselves to bicker about who is responsible. Way too many people are willing to say that a white man isn’t to blame for being a blatant racist because blacks call themselves derogatory names and portray themselves in derogatory videos that white corporate America finances, develops, and markets.

Let a black person shoot a white person and try to pull the same maneuver. Let a black man say something like he saw a western where this white man shot another white man and so he was confused and thought it was okay to shoot white people. No one would buy this argument. Let a black man say he’s not responsible for the shooting because he didn’t make the gun, the white man made the gun so he’s not at fault. Everyone would say that the brother needs to take responsibility for what he did. Anyone with half an ounce of brain matter wouldn’t buy anything that resembled this kind of trash as a defense. But not only do black people buy these arguments from white people, people in the black community defend and contribute to its perpetuation.

A single white man can perform blatant acts of racism against black people and the black community as a unit isn’t concerned about it. The black community would rather turn inward and start pointing the finger at each other. Black people would say the music some of us choose to listen to is the reason white people think they are entitled to call us names and therefore we should not be offended or surprised. Black people are so ready to believe the misinformation that American media says about us that we pretend the racism of white people isn’t the problem but our self degradation. The manipulation is a classic smoke and mirrors illusion. The smoke represents our confusion and the mirror shows us our own reflection as the problem. Classic!

This phenomenon wouldn’t be so troublesome if people were not so willing to dismiss white people as the problem. Too many black people would spew some form of rhetoric claiming that the issue isn’t the racism of the white man or they could give a flying flip about the white racist or they have no love of white people. But these same people vehemently point to prominent black people and denounce them a hypocrites and charlatans. These same people won’t hesitate to say that our young blacks have no business in the fight against racism because they support the malicious music of the gangsta rapper. In essence these people dismiss the racist as a problem, condemn the prominent blacks that refuse to dismiss the racist as half the problem, and stereotype our children and the future of the black community as all hood rats and the other half of the problem.

The racism of white people is indeed problem numero uno. Too often the white dominated American media want to put either the prominent black toms or the stereotypical black image in front of the black community and say this is who we should emulate. White people have managed to distort the reality of rap and hip-hop to the point where we ourselves believe that gangsta rap it is an accurate representation of our youth. We have been manipulated.

If a white man comes out in public and says that black people are responsible for themselves being called niggers and whores the black community would have a field day ripping into his ass. So the white people will find a black person who is willing to say this for them and put a camera in their face. White people are more than happy to let their black like minded associates present their thinking to the public for them. The black like minded associate either doesn’t care or doesn’t see that they are being manipulated.

Black people are consumed with our own hypocrisy. Yes we are hypocrites. But our hypocrisy doesn’t stem from the fact that we listen to rap music that degrades us and then holler with all the fury of hell when a white person does it. Our hypocrisy is rooted in the fact that we allow our brothers and sisters who have made conscious decisions to betray their race to say the very things that we wouldn’t let their white dominated corporate employers say about us. Black people won’t tolerate a white person saying that some of us listen to whorish music so we all must be whores. But black people will engage the black person who says the same thing on behalf of the white dominated society.

White people call black people derogatory names of contempt and we huddle to see if we may have contributed to their low opinion of us. News flash people: white people have been calling us whores, niggers, porch monkeys, and other shit long before there was gangsta music or videos. Music is not the problem. The problem is racism. Don’t be manipulated into thinking otherwise.
