Memorial Day Dedication

I would like to dedicate this Memorial Day to all the African American ancestors who died in service to this country without ever being considered fully human or fully compensated.  And to this day I don’t think anyone has ever dedicated a national memorial to their sacrifices.

  3. Ever read the book “Bloods”? It contains the stories of different African Americans who fought in Vietnam.

I read it because it was featured in a “Banned Books week” when I was a grad student at UT-Austin (1980s)
