Former Iraqi journalist Muntadhar al-Zeidi who was incarcerated for throwing his shoes at former President George W. Bush during a new conference with Iraq Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki will be freed September 14th after getting early release for good behavior. The good behavior was probably the fact that he threw his shoes at former President George W. Bush!

On The Fence On Sotomayor

Former Republican nominee for President Arizona Senator John McCain says that he’s still undecided on whether to support Sonia Sotomayor in her confirmation for Supreme Court Justice. But Mr. McCain has no trouble supporting former Alaska state Governor Sarah Palin in her future endeavors as a politician even though she’s a quitter. More hypocrisy if you ask me.
