The Word is Pronounced NOO-klee-er

Last night I heard the President address the nation. I’ve listened to this man give his speeches for well over ten years (I was in Texas when he was elected Governor twice). Am I the only person who hears George W. Bush, the President of the United States, gives his speeches to the world from the oval office and demonstrates his intelligence (or lack there of) as well as his arrogance with the pronunciation of the word nuclear as NOO-kyoo-lar? Does anyone bother to try and tell him the word is nuclear? Does he care?
